When your product experiences a malfunction, accidental damage, or other covered issues, customers who purchased the Xcotton Product Protection plan may submit a claim through Xcotton for review and assistance.
To make the claims process simple and convenient, customers can choose any of the following methods to start a claim request:
Method 1 — Submit a Claim Through the Confirmation Email
After purchasing the protection plan, customers will receive a confirmation email with the subject line:
“Xcotton Product Protection Placed Successfully”
Inside the email, customers can click the provided Claims Link to begin the claims process directly.
Method 2 — Submit a Claim Online
Customers may also submit a claim anytime through the official Xcotton claims portal:

Method 3 — Contact Xcotton Support by Email
Customers can also request claim assistance by contacting the Xcotton support team directly via email: support@xcottons.com
Please include the order number, product information, issue description, and any supporting photos or videos when contacting support to help speed up the review process.

After purchasing Product Protection, you will receive a confirmation emailfrom Xcotton. Should you need to report a claim, please visit the "XcottonResolution Center"

Select Claim Reason "Electrical or Mechanical Failure" or "Accidental Damage"

If you choose "Electrical or mechanical failure ", please proceed as below:
1) Choose the product with failue

2) Provide supporting documents to show the item failure

3) Select your preferred compensation method

4) Submit the claim
